Communities of Practice (CoPs)

Launched in 2006 and funded by the Administration of Native Americans, U.S, Department of Health and Human Services, the PRC’s Communities of Practice(CoP) provide a unique forum to build knowledge and capacity around key issue areas by connecting practitioners, policymakers, researchers and tribal communities. CoPs are already hard at work on climate change and child welfare, with a new tribal governance CoP to launch in the coming months.

We have just launched two exciting new websites for the child welfare and climate change Communities of Practice. By registering with this new online community, you can share information and resources using our online document libraries, discuss collaborative projects on our message boards, and meet others working in the field!
